Terms of Service

By booking a ride or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and VIP City Rides Inc.

VIP City Rides Inc provides ground transportation by professional chauffeur within Greater Los Angeles and Southern California. We operate as a charter party carrier licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPCN).

• Bookings must be made through this website, by phone, or by email.
• A booking is confirmed only after we send confirmation via email or SMS.
• You must provide accurate contact and pickup information.
• For airport pickups, we strongly recommend providing your flight number so we can track your arrival.
• Same-day bookings are subject to availability and a $25 last-minute surcharge after 8 PM.

• Quoted rates include the base fare plus 20% gratuity. Tax, tolls, parking, and additional stops are extra.
• Wait time beyond the included grace period (15 min curbside, 30 min for airport arrivals) is billed at $20/30 min ($40/hr).
• We accept payment by major credit card, PayPal, Square, or cash at the ride.
• Pre-authorized credit cards may be charged for damages, excessive cleaning, or no-shows.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

• 1+ hour before pickup: free cancellation, full refund.
• Less than 1 hour before pickup: 50% of the fare is charged.
• No-show: full fare charged (we’ll wait 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup before marking it a no-show — please call us if you’re delayed).
• Cancellations must be made by phone or email — chat or text confirmations are not guaranteed to reach dispatch in time.

• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted in any of our vehicles.
• Open alcoholic beverages are allowed only if the passenger is over 21 and not driving.
• Any damage caused by a passenger (vomit, broken interior, stains) is billed at the cost of cleaning or repair, with a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
• Service animals are always welcome. Pets are welcome with prior notice and a $25 cleaning fee.

• VIP City Rides Inc carries commercial chauffeur insurance meeting or exceeding all California PUC requirements.
• We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Found items will be held for 30 days; please contact us at (424) 355-6600.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, accidents, road closures, or events beyond our reasonable control. We’ll always do our best to dispatch a replacement vehicle in such cases.
• For flight delays beyond 60 minutes of complimentary wait, we may need to reschedule or charge for the extended wait at standard rates.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for: intoxication posing a safety risk, harassment of the chauffeur, illegal activity, or any behavior endangering the vehicle, chauffeur, or other passengers. Refused or terminated rides are not refundable.

The VIP City Rides Inc name, logo, website design, photographs, and all content are the property of VIP City Rides Inc, Inc. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIP City Rides Inc’s liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the ride. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (missed flights, missed meetings, lost luggage etc.) where such damages result from circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
